Atriomio.com provides tools to organise bookings, hold online sessions, share documents and manage associated operations. These terms apply to use of the platform. Specific conditions for a professional’s service, including its content, duration and price, should be presented by that professional before contracting. Provide accurate details and use only an account you are authorised to represent. Protect access to your email and devices holding your passkeys. Do not share verification codes or credentials. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Use requires legal capacity to contract or the representation and authorisation required by applicable law; accounts must not be used to bypass those requirements.

Professionals are responsible for their advertised services, the information they provide, the authorisations required for their work and instructions given to participants. Participants must respect the communicated conditions, other attendees and third-party rights. Atriomio supplies technological infrastructure and does not replace the professional in delivering their service. This allocation does not remove legal responsibilities that may fall on the platform.

Check the date, time, time zone, duration and access conditions before completing a booking. Entry may depend on admission, payment or acceptance of a specific agreement. Call quality also depends on devices, permissions, internet connectivity and third-party services. Use the device check before your session. The platform is not an emergency service.

Amounts, currency, applicable taxes and transaction conditions should be displayed before payment confirmation. Credits used by professionals to operate the platform are separate from the fee charged to participants for a session. Usage depends on the conditions shown in the product and server-side usage records. A pending request is not proof of payment; wait for confirmation. Available payments are processed through the provider identified in the purchase flow. Do not send full card details by chat or email.

Read the cancellation and refund conditions presented for the booking or offer. Full, partial or individually reviewed refunds may depend on the service and what has already been used. No platform or professional condition excludes mandatory consumer rights, including withdrawal rights where applicable. Starting a service immediately does not, by itself, waive those rights. A refund is confirmed only when its status says so; availability of the money also depends on the payment provider and bank.

You retain rights to content you provide and authorise its technical processing to the extent needed for the features you use. Do not publish or transmit unlawful content, infringe copyright or privacy, harass users, bypass access controls or exploit vulnerabilities. Do not record or disclose a session without legally required permissions. The privacy policy explains data processing. An NDA or document signature is a separate operation and does not replace these terms.

The beta version may change and contain faults. We may perform maintenance and proportionately restrict access where needed to protect accounts, investigate abuse or comply with legal obligations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. This information does not exclude warranties, remedies or other liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To request account closure, query a charge or make a complaint, contact hello@atriomio.com. Requests are assessed taking account of ongoing operations, third-party rights and legally necessary retention. Changes to these terms are published with an update date, and material changes are communicated before they apply when required. These conditions do not limit access to courts, authorities or dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.
